Used to be good

Holdensmom06

This app used to be great and worked like a champ, BUT now it won’t download the pictures from my camera. It takes forever and just disconnects from my phone ? And I know it isn’t due to my connection bc i’ve tried it in multiple locations and places to make sure it wasn’t on my end, It’s FOR SURE the app! I am so frustrated and mad. All I want is to get the pictures of my kids off my camera onto my phone! Please fix this issue!!!!

dissipointed guy

Glitches whenever I press a button. Can’t get my pictures from my camera! Please fix this app.

Basic but good

Irish 313

I have a Coolpix P600 and iOS 11.2. The set up took a little bit of trial and error on my part, but it’s fairly easy once you figure it out. I needed a way to get pictures off my camera without having to pull the SD card out every time, and that’s what this does. It doesn’t have to be fancy, it just needs to work.

Excited Nikon User

Why Ads!!!

For a little over 2 years, I've been rocking the D3200 and really gave me justice as my first camera, but was always slowed down by the inability of the smart phone connectivity. After doing research and watching tons of review videos on Nikon, I have finally come to the decision of purchasing the D7200 because of what it offers for its price that was well in my budget. The connectivity with a smart phone is my main focus, but having the two card slots and maintaining the mp is also really nice. I've been wanting the ability for so long and is exciting for me to actually be able to use it. However, it's also a bit upsetting that Nikon put this app on the shelf, letting it collect dust. I understand that SnapBridge is Nikon's main focus for its customers, but for the people like me who was just able to afford a new Nikon camera with the WMU feature, it's apparent that no one at Nikon still works on improving WMU. I mean SnapBridge just launched a version 2 whereas WMU's last update was a year ago. And only to add the support of iOS 9 and 10. Even the SnapBridge page itself on the Nikon website looks more appealing than the WMU page, even before dropping the new version 2. I understand that WMU is basically the beta version of SnapBridge and probably why Nikon doesn't work on it anymore. But if Nikon can at least say that they will no longer work on it due to the new software or that the cameras are not able to have a WMU version 2, that would give me closure. I apologize for the long review.

Limitations

Enderhi

The app works fine and I was impressed by how well it works. One problem that I have is that it doesn’t work for videos. If you are a picture type person I say go ahead and get the app, but if videos are best for you, then don’t waste your time.

Can’t transfer movie

Олек

I can’t transfer movie but I also can’t see it :(

Works better on iPad (WiFi) than on Airplane Moded iPhone

Ralph White

One star off because Nikon should either put the Airplane Mode advisory in the directions or fix the bug. Other than that, perfect.

Please update this app

Can hardly ever get it to work anymore
