Please keep up with operating system updates. It seems like a bare minimum request so our camera’s WiFi capabilities function as suggested.

Yes it downloads but no instructions how to select ALL pics. AND, the pics on the right hand side of the screen take forever to select!
Doesn’t support IOS 11

I was very disappointed when the app didn’t work at first, then I discovered it works great in airplane mode! But after IOS 11 came out, airplane mode no longer works. Please add support for IOS 11!

When it takes 5 seconds to register your touch, then the app will sometimes crash. That in my opinion registers the app and the device USELESS! Get it together Nikon!

My WiFi device is constantly loosing the connection to my phone. I’ve had it for a year and it has NEVER completely downloaded my pics without any issues. I’m to the point to where I want to throw it away! It gives me nothing but problems. And I only download my pics at home. I’m disappointed that this device was supposed to be so easy but it’s nothing but a headache! Please fix this!

For a while, my old iPhone would work, but newer iPad would constantly disconnect to the camera over WiFi. It seemed like some upgrade made this go away, but then it came back, and none of my devices could download a single picture before disconnecting. The “airplane mode” trick seems to work, but that shouldn’t be necessary when you’re paying for the device.
App needs a lot of work!

Please update app make it smoother it’s very laggy and doesn’t connect very well it’s sad to spend money on an adapter and not work properly

I love this app for getting pictures from camera faster if you do not have laptop or desktop with you. But down side you lose some or most quality of picture since it will crop it down to small size resolution. If like me took my high quality 6000x4000 down to 1090x other number and quality of image is not great. Its great app show pictures on fly. If you do not want to wait get to laptop or desktop. Could gave higher rating if not for lowering resolution size and quality of image
