Needs to be updated.

Really useful app but needs to be updated with new phones. It used to work perfectly fine with my iPhone 7+ but once the new iOS launched & I got the iPhone X it doesn’t work. Needs to be updated to be more compatible with new softwares.

WASTED SO MUCH OF MY LIFE ON THIS STUPID THING

This app is freaking ridiculous. For being Japanese made I expected it to be great. My camera cannot even manage to stay connected to it for longer than 60 seconds at a time, which isn’t even long enough for me to open the app and allow it to begin downloading my photos. Then the few times that it actually works, it will disconnect multiple times during the process so I have to continue trying to download the same set of photos. As someone who works primarily off my phone I thought this would be amazing for being able to directly download and then upload my photos as needed without needing to bring my laptop on trips, but now that I’m spending hours just trying to get 10 photos off the camera it only makes me angry and ruins my entire work mood since I can’t get my work done. I use an iPhone 7 and this app is literally just a waste of space on it. I’ll probably just upgrade my phone to the new iPhone and completely get rid of my DSLR camera at this point because the convenience is gone.

Disconnects over and over

This app is horrible. It disconnects over and over before you can even upload one image to your phone. It will start to load the thumbnails and disconnect before you can even choose a photo to download. If you are lucky enough for the thumbnail you want to actually show up it will disconnect before you can transfer the picture to your phone. So disappointing and completely worthless

Turn your smart device WiFi OFF first.

I’ve almost pulled my hair out trying to get this app to work with my D750. Then I read a review that mentioned turning the WiFi on your device off BEFORE enabling WiFi on the camera. Then when you turn WiFi on your device on, the Nikon signal is the first one it sees and it locks on. Why couldn’t Nikon software developers tell us this? I’ve never seen it anywhere in all the lit I’ve looked up trying to get this to work. Now that it works, it works well. Although download is not the fastest.

Pathetic!!

Does not work, hangs after connecting to the camera wifi!

Barely works

Can be pointless at times when you are trying to use it...WiFi keeps jumping on and off..app keeps freezing! ?

Not good connection

Puggie love

I really have a hard time getting this app to connect with my phone on iOS. It really needs help.

NIKON MUST UPDATE THIS please!

Kabadyundi

As exciting as the idea seemed while purchasing my wireless adapter, I didn’t inform myself too well on the part requiring the app. It froze before I even attempted to set things up. I got disconnected when trying to import THREE photos. I noticed a difference between the quality of photo taken from the app and directly from the phone. The graphic user interface is unattractive. Overall unfortunate. But Nikon, please UPDATE THE APP.

Lousy app & issues. Does Nikon even read these???

This app is such a disappointment. I have the Coolpix p900, which I love, but this app is practically useless. And since the latest updates, both Apple iOS & Nikon WMU, it’s even worse. The app itself lacks many features that I would think should be easy & obvious: “select all” should allow you to select all the pictures not just clear all the ones I checked by hand. How about the ability to download videos to my iPhone and/or iPad? As it is, I either have to download to pc & Dropbox to my iPad or I need am Apple lighting plug to card reader. Since the latest updates, the camera & app disconnect from each other constantly, I can’t download more than 10 pics before disconnection & several photos have a red X over a grayed out area. But sometimes, if I exit & come back, they’ll be available now. And worse, the app will just stop during downloading, leaving me to figure out which photos did download & which ones I need to try again. Except it does the same thing all over again. Please, Nikon, please, you are better than this or at least you can be. Fix these issues & upgrade this app to make it useful.
