TonyH617

Total garbage:)

Y’all never fix the problems I have this app for around 5yrs and it’s just getting worse I believe that there’s no one maintaining this app Is this how you treat ppl who bought your products? If this isn’t a gift from my love ones I’d be changing to other brands???

Glitchy and doesn't work

Ok. fix the app

Used this app and it worked fine transferring photos when I bought the camera, but then recently it started to not work - won't transfer single or multiple pics, gets hung up and shuts down, and downright frustrating. Updated all software on the camera, reloaded the app, but to no avail. Tried the new SnapBridge app, but it doesn't support D3300 camera. Uhhh.

Garbage

Tbhewitt

Doesn’t work anymore. Can’t download or even hardly connect. I’ve never written a review on anything before but this was too frustrating not to. Fix your issues and show that you care Nikon.

Pretty bad

Jkuchera

Using it again for the first time in years, looks like there have been zero improvements. You would think a huge company like Nikon could make an app that would work with cameras that you’ve invested thousands of dollars into. Very buggy and likes to crash.

Awful.

Used to work halfway. Always slow but now it’s just connect, slow to load thumbnails, fail during download, reconnect, fail. Find computer, find cable, transfer, email, save to phone. Garbage. My least favorite app ever was flappy bird. Now it’s Nikon WMU. I’ll buy a Canon next time.

Bad app

This app has very problems when you want take a pic ?

AIRPLANE MODE WORKS

Oranjellie

Like most reviewers, I was similarly frustrated about the poor connectivity and frequent disconnecting from the camera. Then another review mentioned turning on airplane mode first, and THEN. connect to WiFi and for some reason it works. Downloads a bunch of photos at once. Still cumbersome to select each photo to download, but with this workaround, there was no disconnecting. I would have given 1 star until I learned of this airplane mode hack. At least it did the job, even if it took a while to figure a way to make it work.

Fix this app

hsusjnsbbsksiz

The app keeps crashing and won’t download my pictures to my phone.

Doesn’t. Even. Work.

Big D269

I think it is absolutely ridiculous the app wont even download one photo before “disconnecting” from the camera. It is absolutely atrocious. And I do not understand why you haven’t updated the app the past 7 months. The only app of yours that works is SnapBridge and it doesn’t work for my D3300. Switching to canon.
