Downloading pictures has always gone somewhat slow. But now it won’t even download 6 pictures. Just crashes after 15 seconds of the bar barely moving. Also, why do I need to turn my airplane mode on in order for this to work? Seems a little archaic.

I’ve been using this app for a few months and it has worked fine. But lately the app keeps crashing and it won’t let my pictures download.

Please update so the app will be compatible with the current version of ios or whatever the reason is for this app now being unusable and not downloading any photos. #1 reason why I bought the camera is because this was advertised as a perk. I loved using this app. I understand it’s been a few years since the camera I have came out but it’s not cool to stop providing a service that was promised when I invested in your camera.

I’ve been using this app for years now. It has always worked well. Only thing I would like is to be able to upload videos with it.

Possibly the worst app for cameras

Nikon makes an amazing camera so you’d think Nikon could make an app that allows users to take photos from their cameras and send them to their phones with ease. This is not the case. The app rarely works and is very frustrating. I’ve asked for help on Twitter and while helpful and friendly, it simply didn’t work.

Version 1.6.2 & iPhone XS

Version 1.6.2 does not communicate well with iPhone XS MAX, on iOS 13. When I had 1.6.1(3003) the app was responsive most times at best. Now with this one. It’s unresponsive when attempting to download pictures from the camera. I tested this theory with my iPad also running on iOS 13 but using version 1.6.1. And not 1.6.2. PLEASE update this app again.

Awful issues with the app

I’ve been using this for years without issue & within the past year, it’s become nearly impossible to use this app to download pictures off of my camera. The pics load incredibly slowly, and I’m stuck in a never ending loop of selecting pictures to download without any of them downloading.
