Good but could improve

App incorrectly shows what devices are on or dim % of lights upon opening. User should be able to sort schedule listing (since calendar listing shows chronologically anyway)

I’m disappointed to see there is no option to sort devices by Room. I feel this is a lunch needed improvement that would ensure a better customer experience. I purchased my Wink over a year ago and I’ve been waiting for an app update that creates a way to view devices by Room. Seems like a reasonable request!

I just this up and going. I recommend reviewing the product tutorial under each connected device. It helped me clear up my control issues, with the lights.

Don’t waste your money. The products are crap and they won’t warranty their trash. Save your time and money. I sat on hold for customer service for 15 before a person even answered. You will have to make sure your firm ware is constantly updated (only if the product will let you of course). Save your time and money research other systems and go with those.

Excellent smart hub. Connects with everything I need it to. The light bulb timer is particularly useful. I set my alarm to correspond with the lights in my room to wake up. I use it for my front entry light (sunset/sunrise). I have a front door lock which is excellent, and a garage door opener. I also have my nest cameras tied in. Couldn’t be happier to have my whole home in the palm of my hand.

Turning on and off light through the app, often light are shown as in but are actually off and visa versa. It would be nice to integrate ecobee occupancy sensors as a part of look out as well.

I like the touch screen wink relay. If you would improve the software, you'll have a great device. You need an iPad version of the app.

1. It does not give clear instructions in the step by step guide; connection to my device jammed up the app and now as far as I can tell even though the device connected to the site, there is no way to connect it to the app so I can actually use it. 2. The email support form is broken; the submit button is perpetually greyed out.

I love the wink, but it needs a few improvements. Could you create separate tabs for the robots and the timers? It is really confusing when I need to look for a specific timer, and they are all together in the same tab. Also if you can add more icons, or if we can use our own icons for the light and power. Also a favorite tab that we can only have the switches that we use in a regular bases. Thanks!

Bad update.

App was great until last update. Can't connect new switches. App won't get past searching for Hub screen even though blue light is flashing for pairing mode. Get this fixed please.
