Wine.com has fallen off a cliff. What was once an outstanding app and company is now a pathetic customer service experience. Calls and emails go unreturned, and literally hundreds of people are sharing their horror stories across social media. Better Business Bureau rating of D-

The App is pretty easy and very functional and easy to find most any style from any region that you are looking for. Very easy to order from as well. However, should you need to make changes of any type to your order, there is no reliable or efficient way of contacting customer service. They claim to have upgraded their system but trying to call, chat by text or even email, the response time is less than effective. They claim high volume is their issue. I waited on line chat for 2-1/2 hours only to be disconnected when my position came up in the que. You cannot get anyone on the phone. And a timely response on an email is not to be expected. I have been a customer since 2016, and have never experienced such lackadaisical service as I have since Sept 2020. Unhappy loyal customer that is losing loyalty fast!

This was a savior during the pandemic. Sometimes higher than the liquor stores, sometimes not, but great to get wine delivered any time you order for $49 a year.

The website advertised $20 off if I downloaded the app and used it to order, so I clicked the app download on site and never got my $20 for first order. Feel cheated and wouldn’t want to order again from wine.com.

The worst customer service and experience I ever had with an app. I’ve placed an order using the app 40 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. 37 days delay so far. They won’t reply in customer support chat and keep you waiting for hours without replying the chat. Their phone lines aren’t working and they won’t reply emails.
