This app is awful. You’d think ordering wine from wine.com would be easy. It’s not.

We are wine.com fanatics! Great site, we love the reviews, we love the Pick6 program. Would recommend to anyone who loves wine. It is so much better than walking into a wine store and not having a clue if you will like what you buy or not. Wine.com gives you what the tasting notes are, and how professionals rate the wine. The Pick 6 program has expanded our tastes. Again we are buying wine we never would if we went to a wine store. Love this App!!

You’ll Be Disappointed

I bought a bottle of port that was supposed to come in a display box as a gift for someone. When it arrived, the box from was shattered and the corners smashed. Unfortunately since the bottle was intact they would only give me 30% store credit and not do anything about the broken merchandise. So basically they’ll give me a discount on future business when they provided such poor service to begin with. What a joke! You’ll definitely be disappointed with this company.

I was sent an email offering $20 off 50 . I had a larger order. When I applied the discount , it first included the discount. I changed my credit card and the discount was removed and the Seventh bottle of wine was removed as well???? Please check to see why I lost the discount and the seventh bottle ordered Pamela Alderman
