App does not work - freezes

This app does not work. It freezes at the opening splash screen and dos nothing. Looks like the latest release wasn’t tested. Pretty obvious failure. Removed app.
No Follow Up

I have requested management to follow up multiple times and have had no communication. I’ve had two orders that did not deliver and we still charged this was over a month ago
No deliveries, no communication

I loved this app, and was a regular customer and “stewardship” member. Unfortunately, beginning in August, something changed dramatically and orders are not being fulfilled in anything close to a timely manner, and customer service is impossible to reach, other than the poor soul in charge of their Twitter feed. I gave them multiple chances since I liked the service so much but enough is enough. Back to the local liquor store for me.
Months of Very Late Deliveries

Deliveries have been late for months. There is no warning and no way to find an expected ship date. I don’t care if it’s a personal order but I ordered two gifts to ship to two addresses that are now in limbo with zero guidance as to when they’ll arrive. I understand some delays but if an order is going ship weeks out, that should be noted at the time of order.

Wine.com had some serious problems recently, in terms of shipping on time. But I’ll give it another chance. Let’s just see...
