No deliveries, no communication – Wine.com Review

I loved this app, and was a regular customer and “stewardship” member. Unfortunately, beginning in August, something changed dramatically and orders are not being fulfilled in anything close to a timely manner, and customer service is impossible to reach, other than the poor soul in charge of their Twitter feed. I gave them multiple chances since I liked the service so much but enough is enough. Back to the local liquor store for me.
