All the other weather apps remind me of the weather on tv with the fake little pictures showing clouds and smiley sunshine’s! This app does it all I even had to come and re-vamp my old review just to say how awesome it was and has became! From the beautiful graphics on the satellite layers to the different options of radar to view. I love this app!! For even some one wanting just a basic week view to people looking to learn how it all works this is the app!
Closes before fully launching app

I downloaded from the App Store. Each time I've tried to open the app it closes without ever launching the app. I don't see any way to get help or support for this app. I will provide an updated review should I ever get it to run. I am using the most current version of IOS 10.

I’m a longtime Wunderground fan, and loved their “Storm” app, which The Weather Channel acquired and ruined. I went looking for another app with Storm’s detail and layering options, and found something even better. I can’t imagine a more versatile, comprehensive weather app, and it’s very sweet icing on the cake that it’s free, and respects your privacy. Get this app!... and please consider making a contribution. Work this good should be supported. Also: LOVE being able to see wave and swell direction and height. We spend a lot of time on the coast, and it’s great to be able to see what the ocean will be doing.

this was my go to app for looking at what weather is coming. The new update however has completely changed the interface to only show past weather. I have yet to easily find where, or if, I can find upcoming weather. No cool.
Discrepancy in Temperatures

The iPhone app shows promise and I hope to raise my rating. I like the graphics and the choices of layers. This app is not a disk hog. It uses considerably less space than its better-known rivals. Switching between favorites to change the home page is not intuitive and somewhat cumbersome. I figured it out, but I shouldn’t have to dig into settings each time. There was a temperature discrepancy bug when I first installed Windy a couple of months ago, but now, readings are more reliable and consistent with other apps. (Reporting the temperature discrepancy bug through your preferred means was too much trouble, so I had reported here.)
