I do a lot of flying, boating and other outdoor activities and have found that the ability of this app to give accurate information at just about any location and any altitude has been great. Most apps just give you the one dimension or very general.

Please add the option for weather fronts. Also, on visible satellite please make the maps same color as the maps in infrared. This will work much better than the dark blue background ..... which is just too dark to see any map detail. Finally, on vis sat map please add blue dot ? showing current location (like on the weather radar map). This app is 10 STARS! Deleted storm radar, happily! Thanks Windy.

This program accesses all of NOAAs information at close to live time. You can set what is most important to you in the top menus. The only thing I would like them to add is weather ‘Fronts’!

I have been using Windy to view and predict the wind and waves. It has worked great and has been a great resource for my boating safety.
Great Map and App
Not good for me
My family wife and daughter live in the Philippines. For now. Your app really let me be able to keep track of the weather there. As I worry about them so much. Especially because in order for us to get to our house on Daram, Samar we have to travel by boats. I love the way it predicts and shows current conditions of the waves and wind because we travel on pump boats and can become dangerous in high winds and heavy to high waves. Any way i just wanted to thank you for putting out such a good app. Daddy

This is by far the best weather app I’ve ever experienced! Consistently adding more awesome features and extremely accurate! Hard to believe it’s free!
