Closes before fully launching app – Windy.com - Weather & Radar Review

I downloaded from the App Store. Each time I've tried to open the app it closes without ever launching the app. I don't see any way to get help or support for this app. I will provide an updated review should I ever get it to run. I am using the most current version of IOS 10.
