Love the options, easy ordering, fry less fries, great food.
Leaves much to be desired

Loaded a gift card when placing a mobile order and it saved the info for future orders but there is no way to use it in store to pay. Also can’t use the remaining balance for partial payment so ended up using my bank card for next online order leaving the gift card virtually useless for online ordering. So many amazing apps out there for food and beverage purchases, this one is certainly lacking and in dire need of some updates
Missing in store menu items

This app seems to work pretty well however we always get the black bean patty sandwich and pay extra to add avocado on it whenever we order in store. On the app it doesn’t give you an option to add avocado so we have to order in store.

I think you guys should add a pay in store when you go to payment, it would be smart for people that don’t have a card on them or just don’t feel comfortable sharing that info. Thank you for your time.

Coupon was for “regular” sandwich, chips and drink for $7. I ordered “regular “ sandwich, chips and drink and was told I would have to pay an extra $1.95. FALSE ADVERTISING

Poor application. Does not work. Can’t scan a barcode, can’t enter a barcode, regardless of ones physical location and proximity to store. Absolute mess

A new restaurant has been opened in my area for several months. Its not in the app. Keeps trying to send me to another city.
