I have had a Vibe rewards account for over five years. I have not been able to migrate my account. I get an error message that the email is already in use. Yes. It is mine and I was following the migrate account instructions. My email for help went unanswered for two weeks. Then, I’ll was told the same thing, enter the email I set my account up with. Yes, this is what I have been try to do.
Fed Up with Lousy App
I don’t know how to get any response other than writing this review. The app takes me as far as the verify your information screen. All the information is there so I hit Submit whereupon it tells me I need to enter a ten digit phone number. So, I go back to the phone # field, renter my phone number & hit Submit again, whereupon it cycles & takes me back to the same screen so I hit Submit again & it stays there on the same screen. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times with the same results. Things were great with the cards. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!?

TERRIBLE app, had old app, which worked fine. Tried to sign into new one and it ALWAYS gets stuck on a page to verify information, asking to enter phone as 10 digit number, which I did. Every time I try to submit, it says the same error, which is totally incorrect. And it locks me on that page and I can’t go back. I have deleted app and re-added it several times, but still the same thing. And I’ve been attempting for like 3 weeks. Unacceptable!!!!!

Too many problems with this app! Like a previous poster, I received an error message that I was not in range of a store. I contacted customer service via the online form. No response, no points. Now I’m trying to redeem a free bag of chips & got another error message. It’s trash.

My husband & I were enjoying your sandwiches at least once a week & were Vibe Club Rewards members. Then you decided to change your system & forced us to re register, which is impossible without a smart phone, which we do not have. None of your employees have been helpful or encouraging when I have asked how I am suppose to re register & migrate my account. I have tried repeatedly to do this on my iPad without any success! I have my Vibe number, you have my information & phone number, yet your system doesn’t automatically transfer my account - points? I am glad your sandwich makers are better than your computer guys! What a shame you have done this to your long time customers! I miss your sandwiches!!!

Downloaded the app and can’t get through the verify info screen which I see is not a new problem. Issue is with phone number- wants 10 numbers but when you remove the dashes it still won’t accept it. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Love their food so I’m hoping to get this working.

App crashes when using complex passwords during signup. Also view doesn’t fit the screen after a successful signup. Requires a force quit of the app to fix. This is on an iPhone X.

This would be a great idea except my local Which Which does not accept the app. I cannot use it to collect or redeem points.
