Unable to log into the app

Just visited my local Which Wich and was told my current rewards number was no longer valid. So I downloaded the “updated” app to migrate my points over to the new system, create new password and add my current purchase. App won’t open. Keeps requesting I verify my personal info and password. All the info is correct. This is not worth any more of my time. Back to Jersey Mike’s I go. Their rewards system is simple and easy to use.

Downloaded app, tried to register, updated iPhone X, get to place where I put in phone number and app shuts down. Registered online but now trying to “sign in” on the app with same result. Put in password and app shuts down.

I’m trying to migrate my rewards and it tells me email in use... exactly, I’m trying to log in to my existing account!!!!! What the heck? Every single written review for the last few months for this app is one star, and they haven’t fixed anything yet? So Done with Which Wich!

I cannot order a bowl or lettuce wrap. Also, I cannot add additional toppings. When I added to the comments section at the end that I wanted a bowl, the store only received the first word of my request; the rest was deleted. I had to use the app to use the discount card I got when I bought gift cards for Christmas, but it wasn’t worth the hassle. Really, guys. Come on.

The app simply doesn’t work. It just gets stuck when I try to convert my current points to the app. Like the sandwiches- hate the rewards program. Hey Which Wich - if you’re going to have a loyalty program, make it work. You’re irritating your most frequent customers!

Poor user experience; doesn’t add all items

I had a free sandwich to redeem and it gave me a QR code without a way to use it. It later had a Redeem Reward button thankfully. The order summary screen is hard to read and in 2 instances I’ve overlooked the fact that the app didn’t add my Add’l Item

Is it possible to remove items from a sandwich when ordering on the app? I needed to remove an ingredient in a sandwich but was unable to locate a solution.

“Not in range of store” while sitting IN the store

This app is such trash. About 50% of the time it tells me I am “not in range of a which wich location” while I am literally sitting IN the shop 8 feet away from the register that printed the receipt. Last time I tried to contact their support, they got back to me and offered to enter it into the system for me if I provided the receipt.... which sounds reasonable, except it took them almost 4 months after I submitted the issue for them to send the first reply, and then they acted surprised that I didn’t save a $9 sandwich receipt from 4 months prior.... haha, what normal person would do that? It’s honestly an insane expectation on their part. This whole thing is laughably stupid.... where does it think I am that it tells me I’m “not in range of the store” while literally sitting IN the store?

Didn’t migrate my points and lost them all. Been getting lunch here for 3 years. Haven’t been back since I got this app.

I placed my order and I put everything I wanted right? I checked my order 3 times to make sure I was right (because it seems to good to be true these apps)and THEY still messed up. My order was almost completely wrong it was pointless to eat it! I put spinach wrap and I got lettuce, I put stuff that cost extra and they only gave me more meat and avocado. When I called the place I told them they messed up and if I could get another one and delivered here to my house and they told me they don’t do that but the app says it does?? He proceeded to say get it from grubhub?!? Do not put delivery if you do NOT do it! They also proceeded to say they would have to charge me again! No thank you never again will I go to the one close to me.
