I can’t create an account. When I click login it just opens a blank page. Tried to use safari but no luck. Useless.

Food and service In Store is great. The app is very confusing and time consuming. If you want to change your chips you have to delete your whole order and start over.

I placed an online order only to get to the restaurant and find that the employee gave my order to someone else!!! Needless to say I asked for my food to be fixed again and a full refund! The manager advised that I could only either get my order prepared again or get my refund. I feel that I should have received both!!! Needless to say I thought the purpose of ordering online is so I could just walk in and pick up my prepared order. I had to settle for a refund with no food because I was not about to wait for them to prepare my food again! I will not be going back to this location again! I should get a free meal for a month for the hassles I had to deal with!!! Very disappointed with this and also felt like they were blaming me for their mistake!

Lost my previous order info so I bought subway instead. I like which wich more but if you keep losing my info I can't figure out what to order. And the ordering process on the app is awful. Selected Italian and Grinder and it lists three meats included. Is that all? Doesn't it come with a standard list of toppings or do I have to individually choose the toppings? Very confusing. You guys need to look at the pizza apps to figure out how to make a proper app.

My family loves Which Wich, and this app makes it so simple to place an order from my phone. I save our orders under Favorites, and it couldn’t be easier. Just a few steps, and my order is ready for pickup. We love Which Wich- their sandwiches are the best around!
