App doesn’t work - Sandwich Bungles

I’ve ordered twice with the app and both orders were screwed up completely at 2 different locations. Last order came without any of the veggies or cheese that I ordered. Somehow the store doesn’t get what I put into the order. Fix it or I’m done with Which Wich.
Poor ticket times

You’re better off going into the store and ordering from the counter. People ordering in the store after I had already been waiting were getting their food before mine even hit the oven. Ticket times for my order exceeded 20min.
App does not always work or food is very late

I have tried this app three times. One time it worked well. The second time, it knocked me out twice. Then it told me the place was closed by the store was open. The third time, the food was not ready >10 min after the time. I would not recommend this app if you are in a hurry. More trouble than worth it, if you are on the go and trying to get food for the family, you might find you are late waiting for the app to work or waiting for food.

Ordering is good, better than Caviar because Caviar requires a sauce when I don't want one. Tried to sign up for a new account but it wouldn't let me login even after I verified. Seems like this is a really easy fix.

I love your sandwich but you’re ordering system online is confusing. I wanted one thing and I ended up with something else. You need to make on line or ding less confusing.

Works great. Haven’t run into any glitches. Just wish the option to specify how much of a condiment was available. Ex: light, normal, extra.
