Needs a lot more work – Weverse Shop Review

I’m not saying that the customer service chat isn’t helpful except that’s exactly what I’m saying. I’ve been trying to exchange a defective item for almost a month now. Here’s my complaints 1) For whatever reason, they don’t do threads. Even when my query was not resolved, it would auto-complete the query once the customer rep replies which isn’t helpful when the rep doesn’t answer my questions/help me. I have resorted to screenshotting my previous query and uploading it in my new query to make a “pretend” thread 2) You need more customer reps or a bigger team. Even before COVID, it was well-known how desperate you would have to be to resort to contacting the customer service on Weverse shop. It takes about a week between responses and would take several weeks for your issue to be actually resolved. A girl I know literally put washi tape over her melting portable battery because she didn’t want to contact them (before they did a full recall of the batteries). 3) please, please, PLEASE try to randomize the packs people buy more. This was especially bad with the BangBangCon release. Everyone in the US seemingly got the same packs. When I buy 5 packs of photocards, I don’t want 4 of them to be the exact same. Mix them up a little.
