I love the idea of the technology and the app, but the UI can improve in certain areas. Is there a way to submit feedback to the product owner or dev team?

I’ve got 2 custom presets in the app, set up a long time ago. It won’t let me create a new preset, instead insisting on modifying my first preset instead

Easy to use. Worry free grilling. Has everything you can cook on a grill logged in.

Kind of buggy.

The alarms make a weird chirping sound. The app has the features you need, but the user interface is a little rough. It needs more work.

I like and use the app every time when smoking meat, grilling steaks, burgers, brats and pretty much every time I use my grill or smoker. It would be super helpful if users could view the timer in the lock screen and or in the widget screen. I use an iPhone XS Max if that helps at all. Thanks and great job on an awesome app.

Can’t get past newsletter and privacy notice.

Freezes and dos not respond to dismiss Worthless Privacy Notice. Can’t use. Save your energy and pitch this crap.

Software update stinks

This device used to work. The new software update makes it nearly un usable. Constant error messages on top of the fact that it erased all of my presets that I have spent several years building. Great job guys, way to think about your current customers. How unbelievably short sighted. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I wish there was a zero stars option. I have been using this product for years. Ever since Weber bought the product line and started updating the app, things have gotten progressively worse. This is coming from a HUGE Weber fan. I have 3 Weber grills which I dearly love, but these jokers should stay out of the app developing business. All of the complaints in the review section are absolutely valid. No more custom presets, clunky gimmicky UI, non-intuitive navigation...it's all there - every disappointing bit of it. This is an easy fix, we will see if they are too proud to admit they screwed the pooch and just release the old version. Until then, I'm shelving this now useless tool in favor of my old wired probe thermometer. Update: I still hate this app. It’s the worst thing Weber has ever produced. If you guys would simplify this app instead of making it “cutesy” you would win back your actual customer base. I guarantee that NONE of your developers use this. That’s because they are too busy staring at screens thinking up useless features. THEY DON’T COOK! The people who use this are actual cooks! I fear this review will fall on deaf ears and will garner another “thanks for feedback and being a Weber fan” reply. When you are ready for some suggestions let me know. I stopped using this stupid thing loooong ago.
