You’ve ruined a perfectly functioning app. There’s no reason you need my personal info for me to check a ticket. I don’t have to log in at the vending machine to buy or check tickets. Look at your reviews and take action. You are losing customers.

It used to be decent. Now it’s a mess. Will not scan a ticket, and to make things worse, the instructions are inaccurate.

Old app worked just as expected. New app requires way too much information. Furthermore it doesn’t show the numbers picked like the older app did.

Abuse of power and privacy invasions

The implementation of the policy requiring a detailed user account before being able to use the lottery scanner is a blatant invasion of privacy and a unconscionable abuse of power by the State of Washington. They have no right to this information, and nothing good will come of them being in possession of such detailed information. My days of spending entertainment money on the WA lotteries are over. To hell with them, and their over-arcing ways. If everyone would do the same, their failures would translate into policy changes and executive level personnel changes that benefit society and the collection of lottery revenues.

What a joke!!!!!! Don’t fix something that’s not broken. It was so nice to scan tickets, but now you want all my private information. Sorry no way. Go back to the way it was morons. Just look at all the reviews. That should give you a clue. DUH.

Scanner requires account with personal information

Prior to 360 the app was anonymous and offered a scanner. Now in order to scan ticket you have to create an account using personal information. I refuse to do so.

Most recent changes are terrible

My co-workers and I play the lottery and we play a lot of numbers for many drawings. We used to use this app to check our numbers quickly and easily after each drawing. Now it requires an account to use the scanner, so we will not be using it anymore.

Signing up so they can send you spam email and text

A intelligent person

While trying to scan my lottery tickets for winners I had to sign up with lots of information that included my email and phone #. Not even a day later I had emails and texts about new lottery tickets and ads. DO NOT SIGN UP!

ZERO STARS. This 'new' version of the App is complete and total rubbish. Every single lottery employee that was involved with this catastrophe should be fired, or fire each other, no severance
