One of the things that kept me enjoying the lottery and this app was the way it compared my numbers to the winning numbers. Now it forgoes that and just calls you a loser right away and, well, that’s no fun any more. Please change it back

All the money collected from lottery and scratch tickets and this is the best app that you can produce? I have an iPhone and the app only works half the time, the other half it’s slow and glitches. Not happy with this app. I hope it’s upgraded soon.

Don’t bother. The only reason for getting the app was to scan ticket and it fails!

The app crashes every time it’s opened. You literally can’t do anything. If this is a giant troll move on behalf of the Washington Lottery Dev team, then props to you! But if this is a serious attempt at an app, then WOW. Y’all need to find a different line of work.

APP IS DEAD - Doesn’t scan the barcode on your Washington State ticket, the ONE thing it’s meant to do. Useless.

Not working. Every time I open the app it tell me- We are sorry. Currently unavailable. This has been true for days. are is it getting fixed?
Transparency is lacking

This App is at best lacking in transparency. Data is inconsistent between the web page and the app and the app doesn’t provide any transparency when scanning numbers.
