Ticket scanner works again!

My last review was low due to not being able to scan your ticket without having to log in. Now you don’t have to login to scan your ticket, but I still liked it when it showed your scanned ticket and showed the winning numbers from each line.

Reading the reviews I’m guessing they changed it back- scanned my tickets just fine without having to enter any info at all. Very convenient.
Doesn’t work without an account

Downloaded and discovered that I need to create an account and sign in to scan my tickets. Promptly deleted the app. Screw you if you think I’m giving you my info just to scan a ticket.
A low quality App that is frequently down

Is this an unfunded effort? Like maybe an App that was created years ago and never maintained? It’s rarely working. It’s a shame as it would be really convenient for customers of the WA lottery who want to check their tickets, and one would think it’s not an especially difficult App to maintain.

The only way to scan your tickets now is by signing up and logging in! Why would the Lottery do this? This is an invasion into our privacy and needs to stop now! .............................UPDATE......................... They fixed the app so you no longer have to sign in to scan tickets, however, I still rate this app -1, because after scanning your game ticket the app only tells you that you lost, that’s it. Sorry you’re a losser! I want to see my numbers that match the official numbers highlighted, it’s a way to know your numbers were actually checked. It also lets you know how many matches you got! I don’t trust this app or the lottery commission since they have messed up this app. Government needs to be transparent, this app is a spying, non-transparent government tracking tool. If you demand privacy and want to enjoy your lottery games don’t waste your time with this app. Washington lottery commission needs to overhaul their leadership and terminate their app development team! ???

I don’t know about the other features of this app, but I downloaded it to purely check the scratch it tickets I sometimes get, because I sometimes miss wins. However - it doesn’t work. At all. It will tell you “not a winner” every single time, but on the last one I KNEW it was a winner, double checked all my letters and rescanned - nope still says it’s not a winner. So I took all my tickets to be scanned at the store - 2 of my three tickets were winners - all three the app had deemed “not a winner”. The app is trash. Washington - call Oregon, their app works, maybe they can suggest a code writer.

It's not that this app matters too much - it's just mind-blowing that people were paid to take something so easy, useful and intuitive - and march it five steps backward! I honestly don't understand...
Not using, checking manually or taking to store to check.

Worthless. Used to be good. My wife and I buy tickets when hit 5 has a large jackpot, that is it! Now it says not a winner or results not in for tickets from the same frickin drawing? This has happened on three occasions now. Deleting app, worthless. Pointless, do not trust it!!!
