Warriors

In Aeternum

Very entertaining. Once you get the hang of the game it is a blast.

Totally broken battle scaling

Oodles McNugget

My party of 8-9 level should not be fighting 11th level opponents. Statistical anomalies all the way around- Domination works 10% of the time, yet works 90% when cast against me. Zombies with 50% resurrection get up 9 times out of 10. I lose starting initiative 75% of the time. Spells like Disarm and Immobilize will be a success on 1 out of 4 opponents, yet against me will affect the entire party. The experience rate and reward rate is unbalanced per character level. Playing the same battle for 20000 times is no fun.

The game is a setup for scamming people

massobserver

1) The source code is setup to allow player characters to miss about 3:1 to npc game characters 2) The source code is setup to give you better items or the items you need to progress at an intentionally low rate. 3) The game source code is setup so unless you pay the ridiculous prices you have to grind the game so hard you don’t want to play. 4) This game is setup around an over abundance of greed.

Developer got greedy. So I quit paying.

techdir

I paid to play the costs went up and I quit playing. Don’t recommend due to cost increases! No worth the money. Reduce monthly cost or make game better! Disappointed try vampire’s fall. Much better!!

Blatantly designed to force you to spend lots of money to play

HotOrNot

Slick looks Ok game play But grossly self serving Not designed for game play Designed to make money

Heavy toll on battery.

Shawn .G

Around 40% drained in one hour. A good time killer with minor strategic elements.

Pay to play

xasdfgrtkmlop

Took the hint and uninstalled. Not willing to pay the waaay overpriced $10/month (mmos with a ton more content ask this). The server connection constantly drops. If you don’t pay it, you can’t pvp against the vastly overpowered players that do. The attack misses are high and most of the other abilities miss too and then they kill most or all of your characters with one hit. Not wasting anymore time on this.

Fun but the micro transactions kill it

Chrynoble

They need to double the game and halve the micro transactions. This game might be pay to win but is borderline pay to play.

Game isn't bad, not many players?

Suburban Hippie

As an old school DnD nerd, was excited when I discovered this game. I don't dig through many mobile games, so this was a pleasant surprise. The game is enjoyable but there doesn't seem to be much of a player base, but perhaps that's because im lower level. So far in Battle Mode (PvP), I think I've battled a total of 4 real people and about 125 bots by now. I would have left a higher rating, if the bots were a bit less random on their levels. I'll enter with 4 level 7s and I've got to beat 3 level 9s and a level 10? I enjoy the game but am hesitant to put forth any money because it seems to be fairly dead. Could I be wrong at higher levels?? Sure. But for newbies you're pretty much only fighting bots. And some of these prices... $45 for an in game skin? Yikes.

More Unbalanced the longer you play

jbenfield

It’s a fun game to start, but turns into an unbalanced mess when you get deeper into it. The tips communicate strategies that go straight down the toilet with the random teams it makes out of your roster. You can’t delete characters, so you either level everyone or end up with crap on your teams. Rallies and battles seem to be based on your player level and not teams, so if you haven’t paid to max your characters, you end up in very unbalanced battles (and occasionally ones where you can’t even land a blow). While you can essentially play forever without spending money, you definitely can’t keep your entire roster anywhere near your player level without gems/cash. You’ll find the battles harder and harder to win and it will become luck of the draw (getting a viable random team) and not skill or strategy. It had a lot of potential and I was even willing to pay the monthly fee, but even with that it became a mindless grind with minimal strategy. Brilliant strategy from Lucia. It definitely has the potential to hook people into spending a fortune and that makes business sense. But, it doesn’t make for a fun experience.
