Worst game EVER!

Do not waste your time with this app. It will seem appealing and just as you feel you are making progress you will see all the problems this game suffers from and support will only make excuses for the issues and refuse to fix it. They make a game that used to be fun the most annoying and frustrating game ever. Everyone I play with concurs with how broken this game is and how annoying it is. Pure garbage.

The game is not bad if you like grinding the D&D theme is the real thing that keep this game interesting But customer service is terrible automatic response from customer service rude and doesn’t help you blame cranium rats for problems which are clearly not caused by an imaginary creature JC has cranium rats Don’t care if the game doesn’t work there is enough players for the game to go on broken how many players I watched join game play for while then quit it doesn’t matter if it’s good or working as long as the numbers of players join then quit staying high I would give zero star rating just for customer service alone & also zero stars for JC
Terrible arena match making

Consistently having to battle heroes that are 3-4 lvls above you in arena events. Makes all arena events pointless. Doesn’t matter which arena ranking you are in, have tried going down in ranking and still fight heroes that are level 14-17. Multiple people have had similar complaints about the poor match making ability in this game. Unless you have heroes that are all 15+, the game gets dull quickly.

Positives: fun story mode and challenge mode. The gameplay is creative and nail biting Negatives: the online battles are frustrating and unbalanced-needs a lot work. Lots of bugs. Edit: Online has only gotten worse, absolute garbage. Terrible matchmaking and some abilities can be spammed to win match’s. Needs a LOT of work. Rewards also need to be better, have only gotten common and uncommon chests for months of grinding. Y’all need to do better.

Was looking for an app game in the DND universe, this game is fun and plays well for the times when I need to kill time.

I wish I could give zero stars ! Game mechanics make no sense - it will frustrate you to spend more money when you’ve invested in a strong team and you continuously loose to weak AI in the arena ! Don’t waste your time !

- The developers continue to take down the game server for unknown reasons. - Logging into the game server fails constantly. - Poor rewards for completing sections of the game (Heartcoil Deep, etc.) - Lower level characters can beat higher level characters in one attack during Battles. - Poor rewards after completing Challenges and special events. The biggest problem you’ll have with the game is the first item listed above. Developers take down the game server and don’t communicate their intent to do so in the app.
