Matchmaking ruins this game

Parts of the game are fun but all too often, their matchmaking system puts you against opponents many levels higher which is just not competitive at all...

I’ve been playing for a couple months now and I’m trying my hardest to live the game as much as I loved the Forgotten Realms. With the horrible PVP match making and the P2P advantage some players utilize, I had almost given up.. then this last update came out and I was excited again to play.. but with the game constantly crashing and costing me matches during the latest silverhand events, which also cost me gems.. I’m so disappointed with the game. Help from the game developers usually consists of them saying they are working on it and tossing us a few gems. Fix this please

Frozen Tutorial.

Latest update is buggy

Every time I change gear on my team members, the game freezes and I have to force close and reopen. Game is great otherwise. Less buggy before the latest upgrade.

It’s fun. But it does freeze up often after changing gear on my phone, or completing challenges when I’m on the iPad. Kinda odd.

Hold up hold up hold up. You want ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for the newest promotional bundle?!?!?!?! IN A PANDEMIC???? For TWO (2) *eXtRa SpEcIaL* rare cards and some gems ??? First of all, the content you’re offering is utter TRASH darling. For that steep a price you’d expect a couple of chests and TONS of bonus common/rare gear so you at least have something to do with those gems. I get that you’re trying to pull off this trading card slash dungeon crawler money pit here but keep in mind the game has to actually be *fun* for people to want to pay in. Instead we’re stuck playing the same 4-5 dungeons over and over because of the throttle point you hit when you’re not willing to shell out. And a casual player might *actually* be willing to throw a couple of bucks here and there, but it is a COMPLETELY unapproachable price point. $125. I stopped dead in my tracks with the newest offer. I really wanted to believe in this game but it’s pretty clear how far you’re willing to gouge your fans to cover your own bottom line. ???

worst matchup algorithm ever sometimes my 400 has to fight a 1200 how can you write such a bad design??? it has only gotten worse since i leveled up havent won a head to head in days DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
