I can’t afford to level up anything or anyone, I get critted by creatures half my level (that end up killing characters), and I can’t win even basic things! What’s the point of playing a game so stacked against you?!

Is really fun except for the constant crashing and reloading which then causes me to lose trophies and battle matches. Additionally with the battle mode even through I have 9 characters 8 at level 9 I “randomly” only seem to use only the same 5 characters. Would be nice to use them all!

It’s a generally fun game but I feel like there’s an incredibly bs rng built into the game for no other reason than to frustrate the users into spending money or grinding their gold away for weeks until you can finally move forward that and almost every guild challenge has been impossible outside the second or third room.

TL DR; The game has some great mechanics and seems really cool to delve into. BUT, the amount of grind (which is caused by deliberate flaws within the game’s design is what causes it to be a wallet warrior type of game). Without spending money, this game isn’t worth it. The game is intended to be about grinding rather than skillful interplay 1.) When battling other players, it feels as if the game purposely tries to match you with people who are inherently stronger than you to slow down your overall progression in the game. 2.) When battling other players, the mechanic where each player gets a turn is flawed as one could easily pump buffs onto one character which then can 1v4 (meaning that the optimal build for PVP is to level only one character). Also, this mechanic is NOT explained AND I see no reason as to why it’s different from exploration mode. 3.) Exploration mode is pretty good. No real complaints. 4.) The gold wall is tough, the later you go the harder it is to have golf to upgrade equipment which hurts. 5.) Only being able to sell a few unwanted items is absurd. Let us sell what we do not want. 6.) Rewards feel awful too. Most often then not they are unwanted commons that no one wants to use. 7.) If the above reasons aren’t enough, the balance between characters is also lacking in the sense that some characters inherently feel better than others as well as some items are just better than others too. 8.) Connection issues also are very frustrating too. Game isn’t fluid when it’s lagging constantly 9.) PVP shouldn’t have randomness of critical strikes or misses. Makes it too variable 10.) Doesn’t feel like the devs plan on taking care of any of the game’s issues (lots of people have said the same thing)!

The game is decent but the constant requests and requiring of players to subscribe or go above and beyond in order to just get by are frustrating and annoying. Watch some ads, do this extra thing; okay, here’s the miguffin. I don’t want to play a game that requires pay to play or pay to win. My spending time on the game ought to be enough.

I enjoy playing this game, however, the structure of battle mode is highly unbalanced. I recommend changing the default action when the timer runs out to an attack if in range or move if not. When the connection is bad, you automatically lose because the timer runs out before you can attack, and this minor fix would give players a fighting chance. Also, match making for battle needs reworking. Within each level, there needs to be a cap for the players you are matched against, especially in lower levels. It’s impossible for a level 4 to beat a level 6 without a connection issue, however it is possible to beat a team consisting of 4s and 5s. If you cannot provide this, add a surrender option and count as a loss, however, if you surrender and it would lower the level of dungeon, it will not to prevent higher levels abusing this to play against lower levels. For Explore, I recommend allowing players to replay dungeons they’ve previously completed to gain XP. This will motivate free to play players to play more and have more engagement with the game. You can offer decreased XP with replays, but for me, I just enjoy being able to play dungeons without waiting to level up enough and try out new characters and setups. Last note, from a corporate perspective, money from players is important to be able to continue the game, but you also need a large player based, and not offering these functions drives a lot of potential VIP players away, such as myself if these issues cannot be addressed to a degree. Thank you for your time.

Every time I open a chest it kicks me off and in the middle of a battle I loose.

Can’t advance or build your own toon. Stuck on worthless grind. Combat can’t move pass any hero to next row. Can’t build a real strategy because you have set number of heroes. Everyone gets same guys so all you can do is buy all the cards to max out then just bang into each other. Reminds of Patriot movie “ Gates is an idiot to go toe to toe with Redcoats”...sad was hoping D&D and got Stratego with less fun

The system is aggressively pay to play. The game mechanics are so random strategy is limited. The random roster selection for PvP is horrendous because they randomly select horrific combinations of characters. Overall this is a pretty weak offering.
