tbh i believed all of the fake scammers and would advise you to not waste money or time on the app took over a month to get them to me and the aren't good quality and are wrong sizing ??‍♂️??

i do like this app but definitely isn’t my favorite. i feel like it would be a lot easier to buy stuff if they have a cart but each thing that you find and want to buy you have to buy them individually which is really annoying. no sometimes the quality isn’t the best but it’s an app with clothes that aren’t “real” they aren’t nike when it has the logo it’s kind of like a knockoff. a lot of products that i have bought like shirts are just thin material but can be fixed with a nude bra. i do like ordering from here just so you don’t have to pay an outrageous amount of money at the mall and it does take a while to ship so order what you need a month before you need it just to make sure it gets to your house on time

This was a solid app for YEARS, but for some ODD REASON they decided to start selling crap. It takes basically a lifetime for your items to get shipped and if you ask for a refund due to your items taking FOREVER it takes them FOREVER as well to refund you. Honestly this app isn’t worth the money! I’d use Wish before I use Wanelo again ??

I bought two Apple products through Wanelo after twenty days I make my claim and everything was refunded without any notice or reason. Offer brands that can’t provide the price marked on your page. I sent them an email and always different person answered that they were going to verify. After all They did nothing and sent them tracking number and model and brand, all detailed. Without any results. My Recommendation Don’t Buy in Wanelo. I’m sorry but if you have a company you have to give good Customer Service. Not through Cheating. Good Day.

I had bought an item from a seller on this app. The seller took my $15 and 3 months later I never got the item. The customer service was horrible. You would email them with a complaint and the say some one will email you within 48 hours. 5 days later I got a message saying them will look into the matter. A month later no message saying what they were doing about it. They have a number you can call and I’ve called multiple times on different days at different times and no one picks up. The item was a present so I went to Etsy and a woman in Texas sent the item in 2 days to me in Massachusetts and it was the exact item I purchased.

A few things still need fixing!

It’s good so far, but there are still many glitches. 1. The profile photo never shows up. 2. When you swipe through photos it never gets rid of the choices you Xed out. 3. Sometimes the app will kick you out at random. 4. Sometimes when you type in the search bar another tab covers the words which is annoying. I also wish there was a filter for home decor and that the app still didn’t have sold out items up. Sorry to be so critical, but these would be awesome improvements!

You’re going to see a lot of nice things on this app. But I would advise caution in buying anything. A lot of the items have unrealistic prices, enough to be tempting for you to want to buy. But I assure you that’s not what you’re going to get, if you get anything at all. I ordered an item and it never arrived. Wanelo also never answered any of my questions in an email I sent them. Things like how do they verify their sellers? I was very concerned that there might be a fraudulent activity or scammers on this app. And I am confident I can tell you that there are. So word to the wise, if you’re going to use this app do not attach any type of account to it. And use it strictly for “window shopping” better to be on the safe side and just assume that it’s all fake. If you want legitimate sellers you have a better chance with amazon or going directly to the company of the product you want to buy. This app is very sketchy so don’t buy anything here. You’ll regret it.
