I need someone to contact me ASAP. My bank account was charged twice for the same purchase and I am livid. The first time I hit “order” I was given a notification that my payment info was wrong, which is BS. So I had to re-enter my bank info and then it went through. But I just checked my bank statement and it said I was charged twice. This is beyond unacceptable and if this is not resolved immediately, I will take this to my bank, the authorities, review you guys all over the internet and this will be my final purchase from wanelo.

I made an order of Apple Watch and another Apple air pods all in original. After having waited 1 month I decided to write an email procuring the purchased merchandise and the next day I received an email that the order was cancelled. That everything will be in Wanelo credit. Isn't correct this is an easy way to make money. And I can't find the acquired credit in any area. For me 0 star.

Wanelo is the bad app to buy stuff at my purchase was supposed to get here around may but since april 23 i havent been able to track my order .!!! IT HASNT ARRIVED EITHER.!!!??

I’ve been using Wanelo for quite a while now and I haven’t had any problems but recently, the app has been giving me some trouble. Every time I try to post a product, the app gives me the little loading sign for about 3 minutes, crashes and takes me back to the home screen. Please let me know how I can fix this!

I bought an item and I never ended up receiving it. So I emailed the support to help either get my item or get a refund. Well I got the automated email saying someone would get to me in 48 hours and no one did. So I emailed again, same thing. I have been waiting for about two weeks now for someone to actually get back to me after repeatedly emailing Wanelo Support saying that no one had gotten back to me. So right now, I am extremely frustrated since I am losing money on a purchase I made. So I hope whatever you buy from this app, you actually get because Wanelo will not help you if you don't.

Shipping is Horrible

I absolutely love this website I’m able to find almost everything I need because I hate shopping in the stores and local malls. The only issue I have with Wanelo is the shipping days, most of the merchants are based in the USA and still it takes over 2 weeks for your items to get to your destination. I wish they would update their business so consumers can speak to the customer service representatives directly opposed to the automated system email. It took 9 days for my orders to be processed and some of my things I bought still hasn’t been shipped out yet or is delayed which is very unacceptable.

Most items I’ve purchased on here are reasonably priced and great. Some clothes I’ve gotten don’t fit or quality is bad, just make sure to read reviews for that particular item.
