My friend loves this app and I love the way it works and the fact that you can find good cheap dupes and see what other people say, but now after making a purchase wanelo won’t take any of my payment methods!!! I tried 5 different cards, all are correct but wanelo won’t let me make any purchases. If y’all want my money ya gonna have to take it!

The app is amazing I feel as if it would be better if they could add a shopping cart that would be amazing and shipping should be free and honestly there shouldn’t be tax for most of those items but shipping should be free and they need to let people use PayPal

I contacted Wanelo multiple times and they ignored this, even clipping the promotion to the email. They give you these promotions such as, spend $30 and get $5 back, however it never goes through. This is not good business to get customers to buy on the app and then not hold up the promise. I’ve never seen any other app do this.
