I received a really cheap, poorly made swimsuit that did not match the photos at all so I tried to reach out to customer service to get it sorted. I emailed them over 10 times and did not get one reply. Absolutely terrible. Do not buy from here

I have had this app for awhile but never bought anything from it because I know there is not a chance that any of the brand named items are real, at least not any of the ones I’ve seen. They have to be knockoffs and that’s fine if that’s what the site is about, but I just can’t tell if that’s the point of this app or if it’s just fraudulent items such as LV Purse for $20.00 (just an example) but literally that’s all I’m seeing is knockoffs. If that’s the case could someone please tell me so that I can understand the app and know what to do in a situation that I like something that I don’t care is a knockoff. I bought an MK Purse that was a knockoff and stupidly knew it and ended up paying more for the knockoff than a real one. I’ve went through all of the help sections I could find and there was nothing that helped. Yet it says you can connect your Shopify store and again, on that site you can’t sell knockoffs so I’m so confused that I can’t even rate this fairly. So if someone could please tell me what this site really is for. The real items or for people who don’t mind knockoffs or both? Do I list the items I received from sites that were fake or would they be reported?

I haven’t even received my shoes my expected delivery date was jun 25 - jul 3 and when I try to track my package it says it hasn’t even shipped yet I’ve been contacting Wanelo for weeks now but they don’t respond anymore and they will not give me a refund I’ve also wrote a review days ago but they don’t post it lol waste of money

I signed up once then never used Wanelo. I kept getting email follower notifications about people I don’t know, who were probably just spam bots trying to remind me to use the service. Tried to cancel my account in the app and there is no way to do so. Waste of my time.

This app takes some common sense, there are many knock off’s and items from China and it doesn’t really take a genius to figure out which ones.....I sees lot of people post about Wanelo not getting back to them on issues but every time I email them I get a response and someone always looks into my issue. The only thing I have an issue with is sometimes my order gets canceled or tracking says I revived it when I have not, so when the app asks me to rate the item I wish there was a button saying I never received the item or it was canceled. That way I don’t have to give the item one star and lower the rating.

I have order 3 items in 3 separate days and each one is out of stock, No emails or communication why and I have asked but no responses. Seems very shady. Buyers beware.

I’ve read so many complaints, after trying to purchase a pair of earrings. Said both of the credit cards I tried didn’t line up with bank account. Nothing better be charged!!

I ordered a tablet from this app back in May, tracking never updated past May 26th. Ive never received my item. I’ve emailed customer service a couple of times with absolutely no response or refund. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company. Stay far away!

My item was a fraud and not as described! I contacted customer service sooooo many times for the past 2 weeks and they still haven’t resolved my issue let alone replied to my emails!! Do not buy!!!
