I ordered a Jeep shirt weeks ago and I was to receive it no later then August 2nd and I never received it and I had to email them to find out where my shirt was and they told me they never sent the shirt out and now they are sold not

I just want to put all my stuff in one cart and then buy .. instead I see 12.99 shipping for a 6.00 item so I have pay that and then 14.00 shipping for a 24.00 item like why do I have to pay all extra. Putting everything in one cart and reviewing it to see what I want and what I don’t want is way better and easier for the customer, you see how much in the end you’re going to spend, less time consuming, and you get to review the sellers crazy shipping price. Cmon Wanelo ..

Love this app I ordered something waiting for it to ship only thing I don’t like is there is no way in contacting the seller if there is an issue with your order(ie- if your address is wrong) and also try to shop with shops who have reviews and pictures in the reviews so you know exactly what your getting they have a couple items I like and will be getting after my first item I get is up to my satisfaction. Also where is the shopping cart option you have to buy one item at a time shipping can be a little pricey on dhgate and AliExpress shipping is free especially the stuff coming from China using epacket or ems that should change

I had good luck with this site my first purchase, but ever since it's been a nightmare. I use it mainly as just a wishlist/pinterest-like pin board of things I'm interesting in buying in the future and only of items that can be found in a legitimate store. Making a purchase through wanelo itself is horrible. Half the time the sellers aren't active anymore yet their merch is still available to be purchased. Responses generally take a few weeks to reach a resolution and every problem I've had has just been "solved" by giving me the money back in wanelo credit, which I have yet to use because everything I try to purchase is never legitimate. It's really not worth the hassle.
