Great app but it needs to be updated. Lately I can't even open the app. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it :/ still won't open

Even "china post" they're tracking mail carrier is a fake. Tracking # takes you directly to a site that is supposed to make you believe the con even more but it leads to a dead end site of advertising. If you scroll further down on the first page, the site even alerts you to how to look for a scam!!! It's a very deep, elaborate con but THEYRE STEALING OUR MONEY POSING AS DIFFERENT MERCHANTS BUT ITS BS! THEYRE THEIVES!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!. REPORT THIS APP AND THE MERCHANTS IMMEDIATELY

This app has been nothing but frustration for me. I’ve tried purchasing things off it several times, and EVERY time i insert my credit card information, it tells me that they can’t verify my card and asks if i entered it correctly. Obviously, i’ve used my card for other websites and it worked fine. I’ve contacted customer support and their only resolution for me was to purchase a wanelo gift card, which i refuse to do. There is no reason for my card not working bother than the app being poorly made.

This app has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They sent over $50 if what I bought to the wrong address and won’t correct the mistake. Over a week since reaching out and they haven’t even acknowledged the problem over multiple correspondences. Do NOT USE THIS APP!

I like Wanelo I just wish you could put everything in a cart instead of buying everything separately, it kinda makes it a chore to deal with but love it other than that

The app is amazing I feel as if it would be better if they could add a shopping cart that would be amazing and shipping should be free and honestly there shouldn’t be tax for most of those items but shipping should be free ??♀️
