Charging me double – Wanelo - Shopping & Fashion Review

I need someone to contact me ASAP. My bank account was charged twice for the same purchase and I am livid. The first time I hit “order” I was given a notification that my payment info was wrong, which is BS. So I had to re-enter my bank info and then it went through. But I just checked my bank statement and it said I was charged twice. This is beyond unacceptable and if this is not resolved immediately, I will take this to my bank, the authorities, review you guys all over the internet and this will be my final purchase from wanelo.
