Customer Support is bad – Wanelo - Shopping & Fashion Review

I bought an item and I never ended up receiving it. So I emailed the support to help either get my item or get a refund. Well I got the automated email saying someone would get to me in 48 hours and no one did. So I emailed again, same thing. I have been waiting for about two weeks now for someone to actually get back to me after repeatedly emailing Wanelo Support saying that no one had gotten back to me. So right now, I am extremely frustrated since I am losing money on a purchase I made. So I hope whatever you buy from this app, you actually get because Wanelo will not help you if you don't.
