Quick Easy Convenient

I used the online shopping for the first time and I’m hooked. Shop for groceries while I was sitting at home with my family. Picked them up at a time that was convenient for me and Rob Delivered them to my car. He was very polite and answered all the questions I had about online grocery shopping They were out of a product and they substituted for me. I was able to decide if I wanted the item or not. Definitely my new way of shopping! Can’t wait for home delivery in July!

The app never works anymore, it will say checked in and then stop working which delays my pickups and it will freeze up and continue using my location which drains my battery

Had my groceries on the app ready to pick up and there’s no reservation spots left, Walmart needs to fix this situation!! I guess I’ll be going elsewhere to get my groceries.

We use the app weekly and it has been a great time saver. Today we ran into an issue trying to check out. The message said that some items were no longer available, directing us to remove them, but no indication of which items. It was very annoying to have to guess which items.

Used to use this app/service alllll the time. But over the last two months, I have not been able to check out. It only likes one credit card. It won’t let me select another card to use. It says “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later!” I try entering the same card as if it were new but then the app selects both the old and new and it still says “Oops!...” This app needs to allow me to delete old info! Already tried deleting and readding the app. No help. Disappointed.

The Walmart grocery app is awesome and is very convenient and makes my life easy. The only thing that I find a little frustrating is that it does not support my iPhone X display. I would love for the app to be updated so it can support my iPhone X! Keep up the great work. ?

I love this service! It’s so convenient! The app is terrible though. It usually doesn’t let me check in and I have to call when I arrive. It’s not a huge deal but the app doesn’t function as advertised.

Does not hold your reservation time. Also if you order wine on Saturday then there is no time slot open until Sunday (no liquor sales on Sunday in Arkansas) your order is not excepted. Won’t allow order even when wine removed from order. Also when tried to change a pickup time customer service could not help had to cancel and start over.

It’s nice to use to add items quickly but it’s so unreliable on pickup to “check in” I can’t use it.

Poor in TX

Ever since the update, my GPS tracking hasn’t been working. It keeps saying I have 1 minute left when I’m physically in the parking spot. I’ve had to call & it’s annoying when I haven’t had to do that the last year.
