Newest update won’t change scheduled pick up date

I use this app all of the time and love it, but this new update has a major problem, the scheduled pick up date won’t change. Especially in this time of social distancing, I need this app to work!!!

I have been trying to place an order since yesterday morning. I spent hours choosing every item and when I get to check out it lets me get to payment option and the a pop up saying these items are unavailable choose to remove them from your cart to continue! I dont to remove the items because its half of the meal planning I just spent hours doing! UUGGHHH! Frustrating. Why cant you have the option to check other stores? My gawd this is making it impossible to stay home so im going to have to out to the store I will have to bring the kids because theres no school or boys and girls club! Thanks walmart

Favorites still screwing up

How after all this time have you not fixed the favorite section?! It won’t let me load more than half my things. This has got to be the biggest glitch in the system! Fix it!

1. Wouldn’t let me check in. Got an email that my order was ready. App said it was still preparing and wouldn’t let me check in. The phone number to call at Pickup never answer after many tries. 2. Locks me out from adding more items to my order. Says to wait a few minutes. Never works. Adding items on a computer always works great.

I realize these are difficult times but Walmart REDMOND Oregon curbside needs more help. I’ve been waiting over an hour for my groceries to be brought out to me. I got the notification my pickup was ready. And now you can’t get through to the phone number to talk to someone. Ugh!!

Nice service but the app has a lot of issues

I have used this app many times and I like a lot of the features it has. There are a lot of things I don’t like, however. It is very hard to navigate and find the right things that you’re looking for. I will type in something and get 1 or 2 items that are similar to what I want then I have to scroll past 30 random things (that make no sense based on what I typed in) just to get to the bottom and find that they don’t even have what I want listed on the app. I can get on the Walmart website and find the things I need, but there is no way I have found to order from the site itself. It redirects me to this app and I can’t get half of the things I’m looking for because they simply don’t show up. Now I’m forced to go into the store when I’m supposed to be staying away from people due to the current situation, all because I can’t find pork chops, the right kind of steak, and many other things. A corporation this big and rich should be expected to have a functioning app considering it is 2020 and the app has been out for a long time now.

....Since the update. I can’t check in. I received email that order was ready but clicking on the check in button takes me to the App Store- even after updating the app and a power cycle. Fix ASAP.

Just picked up my groceries. Very courteous, helpful staff! So much better than going into the grocery at this time! I was even able to order organic and necessary gluten free items! Thank you for this service!
