What was already a clumsy app to navigate was made far worse by: 1). Constant and repeated inability to see or select categories within the digital coupons 2). If you are lucky enough to actually get to categorized coupons (after reloading the app constantly), then you get to see the same group of “selected for you” coupons for products you’ve never purchased and will never purchase cluttering all of the top slots in each category. If the app “update” was designed to get us to shop elsewhere, it’s working. If by chance someone thought this would improve sales for Walgreens, they’ve flunked.

Your app stinks. I’ve been locked out of my account and had to hold 33 minutes to speak to someone in the online department. They said the unlocked my account, but I still can’t get in. Horrible Service!!!!

Printing pictures

I tried uploading pictures to print off and the app kept timing out and then going blank. Took me like 10 times to actually get to submit my order. Very frustrating!

Great app and awesome techs

Walgreens’s app is awesome. I use it for clipping coupons to send to my card. It saves me money and it’s nice to see a discount added without bringing them to the store. Second, I like the photo part of the app. You can pull pictures from multiple sources, tap on your pics, size and quality. It’s very user friendly. It beats sitting at the kiosk doing it all. The Walgreens’s Fenton location has very friendly and professional Pharmacy techs. Debbie is great and very positive. My hats off to Cassidy who does an exceptional job. She always remembers both my husband and I’s names. She’s very professional, positive and treats her patients great. These ladies are a true asset to your company!

The only reason I used this app was because the kiosk at Walgreens wouldn’t read my iphone to upload my pictures. I’ve been trying to upload my pictures for the past 3 days. And I’ve tried at least 15 times to upload. Each time it would freeze or shut down on its own. Several times it would only upload some picks and then shut down. This app was very frustrating!!! I don’t like it at all ! I’m very upset with my experience using this very bad app. And if it weren’t for me needing to print my memorable pictures, I wouldn’t be using it at all.
