Recent Update horrible!

I have always loved how easy the Walgreens app was until yesterday when I was forced to update & now I can no longer access my account! I have reset the password several times & called customer service, they have no idea what to do & just stated they would create a ticket for IT to review. In the meantime I’m completely unable to even login to Walgreens.com or the APP! Please fix whatever mistake caused this to happen.

I have used this app for several years and it worked well. Recently I have had a lot of trouble ordering from account. After multiple calls to support I was able to scan the bar codes and submit my orders. Needs to be fixed.

App functionality is terrible. It’s wonky and the user experience just doesn’t work. Has anyone ever tested this before pushing to production?

The pharmacy app does not work.. when u try to refill a prescription the web site is down or has a problem they are tryin to resolve which means i have to call to refill and it frustrated the pharmacy staff cause they don't understand why i don't use the app which i tried to use !!!!

I use the app mainly to upload and print my photos! It’s soooooo easy I love it!!!! If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should!!
Need to be able to pay for scripts in app

I hate the fact that you have to be set up with text messages to use express pay. It makes the process more complicated and sends way too many texts. There’s no reason I should have to get a text and a notification from the app that I have a script ready. I manage scripts for my whole family. It would be very convenient if I could pay for them all at one time on the app. Other than that the app is great. It makes it very easy to manage all our scripts. Just please let go of the idea that you have to have all your customers enrolled in text messages.

Since the update now I can’t sign in on my iPhone - frustrating since I use it to send in refills on all of my families medications!!
