Terrible photo upload process on line & in the store

Went into the store & they said better to upload pics outside of store & I can add my code at the end! It NEVER GAVE ME THE OPTION!!! The code is PIX100 for .10 photos! I have 150 & it charged me .34 a photo totaling $55 & itt took 3 hrs to send it!

This app used to work until the latest update. It has not tracked my steps since then. I have a Fitbit Inspire HR that is not recognized by the app so I had to use my fitness pal. The app shows my fitness pal is connected but it fails to sync. Today I wanted to see my activity history and the app shows Page not found. Can you add the Fitbit Inspire HR? Maybe you need to roll back that last update.

It is a convenient application to reorder medications, check on statuses of refills, and remind you to take your medications at the right time. That being said, I’ve found my medications on record to be deficient. I tried to reorder a particular recently used medication, but it did not show up on my medication list from which to choose from. So, I had to scan the Walgreens’s bar code from the medication bottle and submit a refill request that way. I like the pill reminder function on the application; it is a useful tool for keeping track of when to take your meds. However, the deficiency I have just encountered is that there is no readily apparent method to modify or delete a medication once it has been programmed into the pill reminder tool. Further, there are FAQs on the App to consult when you have difficulties. I’ve deducted stars for the above mentioned reasons.

I was in the store over 2 hours and your photo machine and app on my phone constantly shut down...I had to come home to complete order, due to the equipment in the store not working properly; even the workers in the store couldn’t help me, which resulted in me not being able to send pictures off in time at the post office... :(
App freezes during photo upload

Sometimes it takes a while to upload photos so the app freezes and then it will completely close the app out in which you have to start your order all over again.
