Frustration

red team margie

Have ordered thousands of dollars worth of Christmas cards from Walgreens over the years. Now only 2 in store printed choices available. Downloaded app and initially picked one card then changed to another... could not change my photos which was so frustrating!!!!!!, but it will do. Ok but not thrilled.

Unable to add MyWalgreens pass to Apple Wallet

AZRed89

In a recent update, Walgreens changed their rewards system. However, there is no option to add the rewards (now MyWalgreens) to the Apple wallet as a pass. I liked being able to just hold my smart phone up to the debit reader instead of having to type in my phone number at the debit reader. That is the only reason I shopped at Walgreens over CVS. I might have to switch now.

DON’T GET THIS APP!!

Blue71

I have participated in the healthy challenges but after the update, nothing works! I cannot access the current challenges nor can I sign up for new ones. Walgreens decided to partner with Vitality which won’t let me register because “it cannot find your information so please re-register” which is what I am trying to do. Whoever worked on this update should go back to school, and ask for a refund! WORST UPDATE EVER!! Until this is fixed, don’t bother.

Update The Health Activities For myWalgreens

When I go to track an activity on the app, a Vitality page opens up. There is nothing in the FAQ regarding this. Do you now have to sign up for Vitality to log your health challenges? Some information would be helpful.

Disappointed customer

When I tried to crop my photos it would never let me submit my photo order. I only could order without cropping my photos.

Disregard of Seniors with Older Phone OS’s

OptimumLegit

Walgreens no longer supporting Pre-Version 13 iOS is a slap-in-the-face to those, especially Seniors, with older phones. Is Walgreens in cahoots with phone manufacturers to further fleece people with lower incomes, during a pandemic, too? Really Walgreens, how thoughtless, careless, and cavalier. Shameful.

Disappointed long time user

wasted time on app

I have had this app for several years. They constantly keep changing it first you could no longer lig daily activity such as walking, eating habits etc. then they changed to you could only set goals for a month and you tracked them now you can’t log in at all you just get three gray blinking dots, when you call you get pushed on hold and now some vitality thing pops up that you have to be a member of so when you try to log into that it says not recognized. As a whole Walgreens used to be a great store and the app saved you money now it’s a greedy store that jerks you around and you get no benefits from using the app at all. It was a great way to save money and at the same time support a store. But now they don’t have time to even answer your questions. Very disappointed. Looking for another app and store to use and shop with that appreciates their Loyal customers if I could give no stars I would
