All in all the app was designed quickly and lazily. It is not optimized for ease and simplicity. That’s on a good day. On a bad day the app stays on the opening screen with a circle spinning round and round saying “signing in.” After about 15 minutes of this, including completely closing out and reopening the app several times- I just gave up. Pretty much what I’ve come to expect from this company.

App does not sync with BP cuff, does not save password, and requires two step authentication to sign in and again if any changes within the app are made. Clunky, overly complicated user interface, and does not write to Apple Health app, which is supposed to serve as a central repository of health information. Pay a few dollars more for an Omron BP cuff and actually get the smart functionality that is advertised for this app that doesn’t really exist. I ended up returning two Walgreens blood pressure machines and getting an Omron instead because the app wouldn’t work.

I bought this blood pressure monitor that contains instructions for syncing to this app. However, this app says my device is not supported, despite the fact that the app uses a picture of this device as the example photo. Pretty much what I expected from Walgreens, but disappointing nonetheless.

Finally got it to sync but won’t log readings.... that’s the whole point of “tracking.” Cmon Walgreens, your app makes it easy to buy things .... make it do what it says it will do. Typical company more interested in making a dollar than doing a good job.

Don’t buy the 930BT blood pressure monitor. It does not sync with the Walgreens Connect App to my Balance Rewards. There is no “connect” button when trying to add a device.

Bluetooth transmit of blood glucose reading does not work. Called Walgreens support and after talking with numerous reps they finally admitted they did not know how it works. Big zero stars!

I bought a WGNBPW-760BT and have managed only to get it to sync with the app once. Data is uploaded to Walgreen's clumsy website and NOT Apple health app. I cannot download my data in CSV format or even view it. This is worthless and Apple should pull this app.

First, you have to create an account just to be able to use the app. Second, when you login, it won't let you save your password although you have "save password" turned on. Third, it connects for two seconds, disconnects, and doesn't show the readings. Crap.
