Does not sync to device – Walgreens Connect - for Well at Walgreens devices Review

I bought this blood pressure monitor that contains instructions for syncing to this app. However, this app says my device is not supported, despite the fact that the app uses a picture of this device as the example photo. Pretty much what I expected from Walgreens, but disappointing nonetheless.
