Regressing

This app used to be easy to use to set my Kickr Snap to erg mode. Now it’s a pain. And it’s impossible to distinguish 2 Kickrs in the same room. Signals get crossed and workouts become impossible.

Calories no longer accurate

Jessica15236

Stopped counting calories with the update. Now shows a 45 min workout burned 20 calories and calories don’t show up in activity/health app. ?

Unreliable and Innaccurate

mfhlaw

Completely unreliable and inaccurate after most recent update. Does not accurately account for calories burned and I’ve compared similar workouts using other apps/devices. I believe they were trying to fix the fact that the exercise history did not match the actual calories burned (always recorded as just a fraction of what was actually burned) and now, instead, the calories burned match the incorrect, far lower count that was depicted in the workout history. Deleting it and going with the Polar app.

Calorie counting completely inaccurate since last update

Jamesa1105

Since the last update the app is horrible. The calorie count decreases when you save the workout sometimes as much as 200-300 calories less. Also the app periodically loses the connection with the Tickrx heart rate monitor and you have to close the app and reopen it. Tried to contact Wahoo and the new app won’t allow me to email them. This is truly an if it isn’t broke don’t fix it situation. Since this review they’ve released an update which now has lowered the accuracy of the calorie count in half. This app is terrible. Go with Polar or something else!!

Complete garage now

I have loved my tickr x for over 3 years, until now. The updates to the app are horrible and are not properly converting the calories burned from tickr app to apple health app. What is the point of having a heart rate monitor to improve and track overall health is if isn’t accurate. Going with another brand like Polar or Garmin.

Doesn’t work

Direwolf25

This app doesn’t track most of the key matrix in ride. Speed says “N/A” despite having a Wahoo speed sensor. No altitude, elevation, temperature is 30 degrees off. Wouldn’t display heart rate using Garmin Dual -HRM even though it showed the HRM was connected to the app. Yet at the end of the ride most of the missing in-ride data appears in the workout summary. I spent too much time on phone with customer support. The app doesn’t sync across my devices. There isn’t an iPad specific version if the app. I am in the process of switching from Garmin to Wahoo and have even ordered an Elemnt but if it is as poor as the app i have a feeling ill be sending it all back and staying with Garmin. @@@NEW ADDITION 5/22/19@@@ Still only 3 fields display in ride data while the rest remain blank including speed even though i have a wahoo speed sensor. Customer service said the developers are aware of some of the issues. I’m not holding my breath they will be fixed anytime soon. BTW... I received my refurbished Elmnt today. The unit appears to be in good shape but i didn’t receive the stem mount, the other mount or the charging cable. I only received the head unit and 2 zip ties. Given my experience w/ the app I’m seeing a bad trend. I was told to expect the remainder of the items by the end of the week so I guess i’ll wait ‘till then to use it. I would think those items would be Fed Ex’d next day but........

Extremely Disappointing!

RJ2544

Any bike computer worth it’s salt keeps track of TOTAL miles, BUT this one doesn’t. I have earlier given this app/company 5 stars but after finding out they don’t have an odometer I will probably go back to a CatEye or maybe a Garmin. And don’t forget these units cost much more after buying the two pieces it takes to make one computer. So sorry I purchased two of these outfits!!!

Love wahoo

garyengel

Great app. Great design. Set up pages for desired displays for your activities, link your sensors, and upload data to your favorite social app. I've seen the other reviews, but it's been flawless for me. And fills the gaps Strava leaves. Love it.

Use Cyclemeter instead

Anciltech

Multiplying my power number by two for a whole month? I thought I was starting off the season REAL strong ? Cyclemeter does a way better job, with graphs and custom layout

Not for use with long rides

palousianpride

Went for two rides over 70 miles (one being my first century) both times the app crashed at mile 65 and lost my ride info with no way of recovering it. Very frustrated with this app. For short rides it works okay, but if you are thinking about starting to go for longer rides look elsewhere.
