Moving on

Bluetooth frustration

New update ruined my like for the app - Layout clunky No cumulative calories No cumulative miles rode Needs auto save feature. Second time the app paused in the background with screen locked and cannot get unlocked to un-pause due to sweat on the screen. Delete my 27 mile ride - ruined the workout!

Works much better since the update.

For what I use it for this is a great app. I have a Cervelo P2 tri bike, a Trek road bike and a CycleOps stationary bike, all three have the Blue SC speed and Cadence sensor. Prior to the update, I consistently had to reboot the sensor each time I changed bikes or it would not link to my app. Now since the update, it works perfectly. I have an IPhone X with a Quadlock case which I mount to each each bike so I can use the App primarily for speed and cadence during my ride, but also for post-ride data tracking. My only real issue at this point is that I use my Apple Watch to track my heart rate but that does not link up to the Wahoo App, though I think that is Apple’s fault. All told I love using my Phone as a bike computer with Wahoo. If I am going to spend $1000 on a phone, I am going to get as many uses out of it as I can.

Unstable too often

dr.jgd

Maybe it’s my 6s or maybe it’s the new Wahoo app. Crashes often, very often. Have lost several workouts that were supposed to be recorded in “device free” area. Sometimes the workout is recorded and sometime not! One thing for sure- a device free workout that is supposedly downloaded and saved - according to device use history - has yet to be stored within workout history and thus cannot be uploaded to any other workout management app (Strava etc.) using this new “better” version. Nope. Dear Wahoo - we need a new version software update and fix soon-

Train Wreck

OneZorro

Before April, worked OK. Now it is a total train wreck. (Notice that all good reviews are dated before May 1.) The main reason I used it was the fine feature of being able to mail myself a CSV file with all the data so I could process it myself. No only is that not possible, but the data is totally corrupted anyway. Everything else is also broken - see any review after April. Until they provide an ability to “downdate”, my TICKRs are useless.

No longer works reliably with topeak speed/cadence sensor

kylos

I’ve used this app for quite a while to track my bike trips. With the latest update, it no longer monitors my speed reliably. Several times a minute it will report a speed half my actual speed for a few seconds. Additionally, the auto-lap feature started to glitch, reporting a new lap every second or so instead of every mile as I had configured it. I’ve tried everything I can think of: adjusting the sensor, replacing the sensor battery, forgetting the sensor in the app and reconfiguring it. Nothing seems to work. I had no problems with the previous version I had installed. Very disappointing.

Thought it was just me

Neil616

After reading all the other reviews with people having problems with the location tracking, I feel a little better knowing it’s not my phone that’s the problem. I liked the it would upload to Strava and TrainingPeaks and allow me download the file too. Now it doesn’t work.

Use to be great

NicSA19

I use the kickr and tickr, before the recent update I never had any issues with them. Now I cant use them at the same time without the app glitching and showing my heat rate all over the place and my cadence dropping. Even with just the kickr my cadence often drops to 0 or half my actual speed. I’ve tried everything they suggested but nothing fixed it. I am going to have to find a new product as this one isn’t worth the frustration any more. To bad because it use to be great.

Two calorie readings?

Mads122333444455555

I may burn, say 630, in a workout, and that number stays true DURING the workout, but afterwards, the summary screenshot decreases the amount of calories burned drastically. What’s going on? Can I fix this?

Hysteresis of Speed a Bad Joke

Did anyone actually try this software before it was released to the public?!? You speed up and the speedo doesn't increase for like 2 minutes. Same with slowing down. Completely useless if you want to know how fast you are actually going. SMH.

Climber

rlaj1004

Climber is seriously disappointing. It works really good to hold your front wheel. Connecting to Wahoo, the app, Zwift don't waste your time. It rarely holds the link. On the rate occasion it does stay connected it make for a fun workout. Ive deleted it and tried re connecting it many times. Now the app won't find it at all. Unless you want an expensive front fork stand don't waste your money
