Update this thing

chad!!!!!!

iPhone X is a thing, and these apps look terrible on the screen. Please don’t slack on the software, it’s been the biggest part of how you’ve taken such a large piece of Garmin’s pie.

Solid app... some room for improvement

BrianSWelsh

The only feature I would recommend is being able to convert HR rate to % of max as well as indicate the HR zone you are in via color code

great devices and app BUT...

generogers

I am generally very happy with the quality of wahoo devices and the app A very happy user for over 3 years now using everyday at the gym and sometimes when I play sports BUT I really wish if it could integrate better with other platforms (I use the UA cloud /MapMyFitness) to store all my workouts and I have to upload each workout manually every time.. wish it could be automated if not at least if they can improve the UI so upload/backup is with one click after the workout concludes.

BT Connectivity is Awful!!

Mt.Tam.Runner

Tried to set up the device, upload firmware and then use the trainer. Big problem however; the BT connection is not working. All I get is a message from the app saying it is searching for the device and I am 18 inches away from the flywheel! Device could be the best trainer on the planet but if the BT connection doesn’t work it’s useless. We will see what support has to say.

Needs Expanded Options

ICTHawk

I am transitioning from Garmin to Wahoo. I wish this app had the capability of editing a Spin Class or Stationary bike ride to add the miles ridden. I use a Polar H7 so I capture HR data but since you can’t add cadence or speed sensors to the equipment ay my Gym it would be nice to be able to add that information from the Keiser bikes we use in class. Garmin Connect allows you to do this so you can track that data. I understand the two apps used to share data. Wahoo needs to build on this otherwise great app.

Works great on indoor trainer unlike strava which does not

Title says it all. The other guy's "customer service" EVEN FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS is sadly lacking; downright indifferent. THIS however, gets the job done. Thanks.

NOT iPhone friendly

Trailblazr

Wahoo requires their ANT+ sensor which still uses the old 30 pin connector, so you will need an adaptor. They have yet to update for the recent iOS, so the app can not recognize the sensor at all. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I have been waiting for a week for a reply to my query. I’m sure there are reasons why Wahoo and Core Fitness didn’t use Bluetooth, but the result is not very user friendly

Does it work in landscape mode for iPad pro??

ejfiori

Just got it to use with spin bike, surprised it doesn't work in landscape mode on my iPad pro. Im gonna have to rethink this purchase.

I love this app when it first came out but too many bugs

afghanmoose

They recently just updated it, now it doesn’t even track my calories burned.

The “update to fix bugs” did not fix anything

KatherineSch

You guys had me update the app three days ago to the 5.10 version. I thought okay that’s fine, update. Now my wahoo heart rate monitor won’t sync with the app. It shows it syncing and loading percentage, but once it hits 100% it starts back at zero and does that over and over again for about 45 seconds. So I deleted the app and redone loaded it thinking maybe that’ll fix it. NOPE! Now it doesn’t even load past 1% or even let me download the device free workouts from the past three days! What the hell!?!?!? Such a waste of money!!! And of course I’ve had my heart rate monitor longer than it would allow me to return for a full refund. If you are going to update to “fix” bugs and problems, try not to create a problem instead!
