Just awful

ptwCA

I had a tikr but it started consuming batteries. Support sent me a new tikr (nice) but it seems to think I need to update the app. I’ve done this multiple times and still it won’t work. No heart rate announcements, jinky connection. You should fire the QC/field testers and start over.

Removed Factory Callibration

TheDunka7

At some point in the last few months the backdoor option to do a factor spindown/calibration of Kickr products was removed. No amount of tapping in any option screen allows this more advanced calibration. I have a 2018 Kickr that came way off in calibration (50w off of both my other power meter AND my original Kickr that it was replacing). No amount of the standard calibration (with proper warm up and following everything to the letter) is solving my issues. I’d like to do more to solve the issue but no longer have the option in these latest updates.

Please fix the location problem?‍♂️

Darren46166

Don’t get me wrong. I still use this app with my TickrX. However, I’ve been super frustrated recently with the location/route recoding feature. It’s not just off a little. I’d finish a run with my record crossing around the world! Not being sarcastic, literally the map shows me running across the world... Wahoo, I’m begging you. Please fix this problem before I switch to another app.

Ridiculous readings now

sipehava

Since the redesign the tracking function has produced some ridiculous readings. I usually tap the lap function at each mile. At the end of my run I used to have a line that followed my route.... with the new design the first mile is usually okay but future miles show a straight line to North Africa or Europe and the time breakdown is absurd. Very, very disappointing.

Good for heart rates, bad for tracking speed

OG Buttsak

This app is terrible for tracking bicycle speeds. It’s super laggy and this makes it frustrating to use. I don’t want to have to pay for the speed tracker after buying a HRM. There are also spikes in speed that never happened. No Wahoo, I didn’t ride 65mph on my bike but it still records my stats as that. I don’t think I will keep using the app if it keeps making mistakes like this nearly every time I use it.

Such a shame

Used to be great!!! New updates are awful. Im down 70lbs and I don't even want to use it anymore. Frustrating. Dissapointing.

Previous update was so much better

porroco22

I used to check my fat burning zone, even i can change my zones. Now the app stop showing fatburning zone and burs, as well the zones are tottaly crazy and confused it cant be calibrated too, but now you cant What is going on with the app

Wahoo TICKR

Runner Greg

Terrible app. What happened to the high quality that you previously offered. The new app needs to go, you need to go back to the previous version. I consider myself a loyal Wahoo user: ELEMNT, KICKR AND 4 heart rate monitors. I’m actively looking for a new device. If you want to keep my business and previously stellar endorsement of your product, fix the app!!!

Not good anymore

ksienxjsk

This used to be my favorite fitness app, but they removed my favorite features: mile split times, and the workout calendar that colored each day an activity was performed. Now it’s just another generic and boring fitness app, at least it can still upload to Strava.

Was great, now doesn’t work after update

I use the Wahoo app with a Wahoo Blue SC sensor for speed and cadence. I bought the sensor April 2018 and use it with a Lezyne Super GPS which is supported. NEVER had any issues as I run the Lezyne app and the Wahoo app simultaneously. I updated the Wahoo app (which in my opinion is less user friendly) and it only records the time of a ride. No speed and no distance. I don’t even bother with the Wahoo app anymore as my Lezyne picks it up perfectly. What went wrong, Wahoo?
