Loses everything when accidentally closed!

KC12976

This app makes me so angry! If you happen to swipe up on your phone it closes the app without any confirmation and you lose EVERYTHING. So freaking frustrating when you’re 75% done with your workout and trying to monitor calorie burn.

Data still doesn’t migrate

TNHouston

When I first bought the Tickr heart rate monitor, it was extremely reliable. I incorporated it with my meal planning, exercise goals and heart rate zones. Over the past few months it’s been plagued with problems. It will occasionally record zero calories burned, except right before I stop the workout it shows calories burned. It also hasn’t migrated any workouts to my iPhone activity log since last September! I contacted the Wahoo support a few months ago and their reply was basically “sorry, we know it’s a problem. We’re working on it”. With their new patch, it was supposed to address this problem and it has not.

Still no iPhone altimeter support

Jedfarlow

Doesn't use iPhone sensors (6s and later have a barometric altimeter) for altitude; submitted a request months ago. Otherwise a good competitor to other apps that let you use the phone you already have rather than buying an overpriced head unit.

Not Syncing After Update

Crissimk

Wahoo will not sync after update. I have an Iphone X and it worked fine until this latest update. Seems as if you added bugs rather than fix. July 2018... again update causes syncing issues. Will not sync workout for over a day. Would like to see results on the day of my workout, not 1 to 3 days after.

It doesn’t pair with Wahoo devices

Jcff

Don’t buy it !!! It doesn’t pair with Wahoo Heart Rate Monitor !!! That is ridiculous !!! I have the TICKR D4B5 that is pairing via Bluetooth with my IPhone but the WAHOO FIT APP can’t see the device :-(((

No way to view exact heart rate minute to minute in app

Ahnawei

Come on! It’s a heart rate monitor! The graph on the heart rate monitor is broken up into increments of 50. The app tells you your max and minimum heart rate, but besides seeing a vague trend on the graph, it does not give details in actual numbers. The Polar H10 does.

Am I Stupid?

The displayed metrics for my running workout are not explained. Excuse me, but I was not born with the definition for “Left-Right” or “Up-Down” or “Forward-Backward.” I sent a message to Wahoo asking for the tutorial and was told that it doesn’t exist. Basically told me that these metrics are common knowledge among runners.

Finally reliable.

I use a TICKR, Wahoo Cadence and Speed sensors inertial and Blue SC on four road bikes. But also a RFLKT and RFLKT+. Everything is finally working and even though Cyclemeter is awesome, I prefer some of the features of this app regarding auto-scrolling and the layout of the pages. Been using my RFLKT devices for 2 plus years. The Wahoo app was very buggy. Not anymore as of the last update. Hate having to pay for Cyclemeter premium and now I don’t have too. Frankly it does more than I need. Learning curve to use the RFLKT is frustratingly complicated. No in depth guidance. Great device that was dropped because of bad reviews from the buggy software that is finally fixed. Best part of using my setup is never worrying about charging batteries. All use coin cells that last at least a year for me and I am a heavy user. Note devs: please add more data to device info in the app, especially battery status. Also it would be nice to have the utility app within this app. In a perfect world the Elemnt app would also be integrated and one app would work with all Wahoo devices.

Keeps pestering you for reviews

Ignores the iOs setting to disable in app review requests

Used to be ok

Stinky18

The app used to be useful. It now won’t connect to my ticker x heart rate monitor even though it still connects to my phone and my watch. It requires that I allow them to track my location all the time which seems odd. I can’t get full functionality out of my heart rate monitor anymore because I can’t even use the app that they sold with it. Very disappointed.
