Notifications would make it better

Good app and easy to use. Have to create an account to use all the notification features. Not a fan of the auto dial.

Vehicle profiles with accurate information can rarely be found on this app. If you reach out to them for missing info they push you to speak with pushy sales people. Avoiding pushy sales people is supposed to be the reason for using the app in the first place, no thank you.

Not Good for Selling

I have an older car. Still runs but it’s loud. It’s older so it had a few issues ex, AC doesn’t work and interior and exterior are worn from use. I get an appraisal and they send back $100 offer. My advice, look up more options for selling. Now I don’t know about buying but again, look up on other sites. They probably do have decent offers on used cars since they’re trying to buy cars for $100.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

I bought my car from this company in late July and was told that the titles, registration, tags, and plates were all included and would be handled after purchasing. Vroom failed to tell me that I had to get my car smog checked, and a vin inspection in order to get my permanent tags and plates and my temporary plates expire in three days! They’re also refusing to send me another temporary set. I’ve made numerous phone calls and barely ever get an answer no matter what department I’m trying to get a hold of. I’m always on hold for more than 15 minutes and when I press 2 on the dial pad to save my place in line to get a call back from the next representative, they never call me back! I regret buying my car from this place. Save yourself from all this stress and buy a car close to home!

Horrible Customer Service

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The sales rep said I would get the title and registration before ever having to make a payment. This would allow me to refinance through my local credit union. I’ve called at least 10 times for an update and received little to no progress. This will most likely force me to make my first payment through vroom (with ridiculous APR %, keep in mind my credit score is high 700s). I will never buy another car through vroom.
