Vroom has a great variety cars to look at. That’s it tho just to look at most of there cars are either not available or pending purchase like if you came here to buy a car or suv or whatever the case maybe be then your in the wrong place

Once you sign up and put your phone number in they start calling you excessively. Even after you talk to one of their “car specialists” they will still try to call and contact you. The thing is they called me about a honda civic that I swiped through but i didn’t save into my interests board. I also tried deleting my account and the only way to do that is to email their support. They still have not deleted my account. This company seems very sketchy. Dont get this app

I recently purchased a car from vroom and trust me since then i am been busy leaving my job and following up about my permanent number plate. Unfortunately my temporary number tag expired as well. My car is parked in my garage since then. Its been almost 12days still no reply from them.. my wife was right it is always better to buy from a dealer rather than buying it from vroom. I regret buying from them. So sorry vroom team negative star feom my side.

App is terrible

The app is terrible. It’s constantly saying 0 results when I try to search. No matter what make or model I try to search for.

Just a horrible company overall! The customer service is the worst. Apparently all the managers are in meetings all day long.
App closes

The app closes during a search and loses all search criteria. I’d rather just go with another site if the app is not going to work.
App needs landscape mode

I use this app on my iPad Pro with a keyboard, the app does not switch the display between portrait and landscape mode. I’m a software developer, this is an easy fix for the app developer....
More filter options please

The app is okay actually, but I find it frustrating that you can’t filter out “sale pending” listings. I don’t need to see 15 cars that are pending that I can’t buy, C’mon developers.
